“We received a lot of activity on this property and had offers in a short amount of time. There is not a lot of good inventory in the market right now and this is a very attractive location,” said Kruse. 

The property is currently leased to Rexel. Rexel USA is an electrical supply distributor. Rexel provides a wide range of electrical parts and components for electricians and contractors as well as for large industrial organizations.
