Leanin’ Tree signs lease at new 109,676 SF facility in Mead, CO
Leanin’ Tree has signed a lease at Elevation25, a new industrial development on the SE corner of I-25 and Highway 66 in Mead, Colorado. Developed by Silver Point Development, the new facility is 109,676 square feet and will serve as the new corporate headquarters. The company is relocating from its current location in Gunbarrel, Colorado, and plans to be operational at the new facility in Q4 of 2024.
