Jorge Espinoza earned his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management through the Daniels School of Business with the University of Denver.  Jorge specializes in commercial real estate as a Broker with The Colorado Group, hosting a wealth of knowledge within the industry.  His experience includes the acquisition and sales of shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties.  In addition to managing income properties, Jorge has extensive experience in negotiating retail and office leases.  He has also been involved in the residential side of real estate, working with land development projects and multi-family construction.

Previous Work Experience

Jorge founded and managed an online event registration company between 2009 and 2015, which grew to include some of the largest cycling events in the country. His events included the popular Ride The Rockies and Cycle Oregon. After selling his company, Jorge took the lessons he learned from his technology startup and is applying them to his real estate practice. This first-hand business insight allows Jorge to understand the real estate needs for business owners, a unique perspective, which is highly beneficial to his clients.

Personal

Jorge grew up in Paraguay until High School, when he moved to the USA and attended Proctor Academy in New Hampshire.  Jorge is an avid cyclist, he raced for the US National team between 1994-96.  In the winter he enjoys skiing with his wife and two daughters, while in the summer they enjoy camping and backpacking as a family and with friends
