Jeff Gan Levy is an analytical ninja and a master with the spreadsheet.  Combining those skills with detail-oriented big picture thinking, Jeff helps his clients navigate the rapids of commercial real estate with ease.  Jeff leverages knowledge and skills he developed from over 16 years working in affordable housing finance, where he closed over $360 million of equity into communities across the country creating over 3,400 residential units.  Jeff has a Master’s degree in City Planning and Real Estate Development from MIT and a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!).  When he’s not buying, selling, or leasing commercial real estate for his clients or his own portfolio, you can find Jeff hiking in the Indian Peaks, telemark skiing at Eldora or A-Basin, biking around town, playing Ultimate Frisbee, working in his garden, running with his golden retriever Frisco, cooking with his wife Becca, or reading books to his daughter Avital.
