Greg Fair has been active in Colorado real estate for over 20 years and is a principal at the Colorado Group. His experience spans land and commercial building development, acquisitions and dispositions, investment and financial structuring.

Greg has been the Managing Broker of the Davos Group, a boutique investment brokerage firm since 1996.  They have specialized in helping clients find unique investment opportunities in Boulder Colorado, the Vail Valley, and the Denver Front Range.

Greg’s vast experience in the real estate industry has made him a trusted advisor and broker for investors and owner/users for the last two decades. Creating solid relationships built on his unwavering integrity and trust is the foundation of his business.

In addition to his brokerage work at The Colorado Group, Greg will continue to act as Principal of Grapevine Equities, a real estate investment firm he founded in 2005.
Grapevine Equities  provides investors access to unique real estate investments.
Currently working on acquisitions of distressed and value-add real estate opportunities in the Western US.

Personal:

Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Greg settled in Colorado after he finished his degree at the University of Colorado in 1987. He currently lives in Boulder with his wife and three children. He is an avid mountain biker and skier, as well as lifelong player and coach of lacrosse.  Recently he was a varsity lacrosse coach at Boulder High School.
