Jessica Cashmore was born and raised in Boulder. Her roots in the community run deep, making her an expert in navigating the local commercial real estate market. Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, earning a degree in Political Science. She then she continued her graduate degree with a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis on Public Sector Financial Management from the University of California at Long Beach.

Jessica joined The Colorado Group in 2010. Her dedication and hard work led her to become an owner of the firm in 2018. Since 2019, she has served as Vice President and has been a member of the Board of Directors, reflecting her leadership and commitment to the company. Jessica has closed hundreds of lease and sale transactions throughout her career, amounting to over $300 million.

Known for her creative problem-solving skills, Jessica enjoys assisting her clients with their unique real estate needs, representing companies from start-ups to those with hundreds of employees. Her passion for her client’s success is evident in every transaction she handles. Aside from her professional commitments, Jessica is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder. As a huge fan of the University of Colorado, she never misses a Colorado Buffs Football or Basketball game. Jessica Cashmore’s love for her hometown, her passion for commercial real estate, and her commitment to her clients make her an asset to them.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and two sons, Ryan and Jake.
