Karla Brown specializes in industrial and commercial leasing and land sales in the northern Denver Metro Area, as well as the facilitation of 1031 exchanges. She brings an extensive background in water rights and water management to every transaction. She is an experienced entrepreneur,  starting her own construction company, as well as founding a statewide non-profit. Giving back to the local community is one of Karla’s core values, and she serves as Board President of the Saint Vrain Creek Coalition and is a regular contributor to Boulder’s Dairy Arts Center. Karla has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Cornell University and a Masters of Science from Colorado State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, cycling the hills near her home, and tending to her horses.
