Neil Littmann and Jessica Cashmore, of The Colorado Group Inc. recently represented the Seller, of Centennial Place Apartments and Foothills Apartments in Northern Colorado. The two-property apartment portfolio totaled 145 units (82 units at Centennial and 63 units at Foothills) and sold for a combined price of $23,500,000.
