At The Colorado Group, Inc, the safety and well-being of our clients, brokers, and staff is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play providing solutions during this critical time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share some steps we are taking:

Protecting our customers
As our brokers and staff interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We are limiting the size of meetings and providing avenues for virtual solutions. Additionally, we have protocols in place that activate closures, disinfection and appropriate quarantine procedures based on recommendations by the government and health agencies.

Currently, our office will remain closed to the public through March 27th, at which time we will re-evaluate all recommendations at that time. However, we are here to help you during this time – and will be answering phones and emails remotely. We are available by phone at 303.449.2131 from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday as usual. Small meetings that are scheduled with brokers at our offices will go on at the broker’s discretion – and our premises will be deep cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. Checks may still be dropped in the drop box located by our front office door or mailed.

What we ask of you
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities, but we need your help. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let our brokers or staff professionals know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being.

Our biggest priority is to do our part in protecting you as well as our brokers, our staff and the community in which we live and work.
