Montbell was the 1st outdoor clothing and gear retailer to locate on the east end of the Pearl Street Mall (in 2011), and since then, many other outdoor clothing and gear retailers have joined them, creating a retail hub for this industry. Audrey W Berne of The Colorado Group, Inc was the Tenant Agent in this transaction and has represented Montbell in Colorado for over 20 years. 

The Pearl Street store serves to showcase the full U.S. product line.
