Louisville, CO. (July 27, 2021) – RealD, Inc. and Sugarloaf Interactive have signed long-term leases at 246 S. Taylor in the Colorado Tech Center in Louisville, CO. With these two leases, the building is now 100% leased. The space was vacated last year by Vaisala, Inc. after they completed their expansion on their neighboring campus. RealD and Sugarloaf relocated from Boulder and Broomfield, respectively, and will each occupy approximately 15,000 square feet in the building.
