(June 23, 2021) – Boulder based, The Colorado Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm in Colorado, today announced that Umzu, LLC is expanding their headquarters to the old Celestial Seasonings distribution center in the Gunbarrel area of Boulder, Colorado.  The expansion will bring an additional 75 warehouse jobs to the Gunbarrel area.  Micah Loeb,  helped UMZU, LLC 1.5 years ago, and now assisted in their needs to triple their space due to demand.

Under the terms of the agreement, UMZU, LLC. will relocate into 100,165 SF at 6325 Spine Road as they expand their operations.
